Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on jl1jl1, you enter into a legally binding agreement with jl1jl1.com ("we," "us," "our," or "jl1jl1"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, form the entire agreement between you and jl1jl1.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, especially before claiming any new promotion or using a service you have not used before on jl1jl1.

Section 2

Eligibility

To open an account and use jl1jl1, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for gambling under Philippine law and jl1jl1 enforces it strictly.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using jl1jl1 is legal. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jl1jl1 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from jl1jl1 or requested self-exclusion. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.
• You must register under your own true identity. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted on jl1jl1.

jl1jl1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

When you register with jl1jl1, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC verification.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl1jl1 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify jl1jl1 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at support@jl1jl1.com.
• jl1jl1 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Accounts found to be duplicates, or operated by a person other than the registered account holder, will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to carry out enhanced KYC checks at any time, including requesting utility bills, bank statements, or source-of-funds documentation.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on jl1jl1 are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). We accept the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• The minimum deposit on jl1jl1 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
• Standard daily withdrawal limit for verified members is ₱100,000. Higher limits apply to Gold and Diamond loyalty tier members.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered under the same name as the jl1jl1 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jl1jl1 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside jl1jl1's control.
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending identity verification or fraud investigation. In such cases, jl1jl1 will notify the account holder and provide a timeline for resolution.
• Deposits made in error by jl1jl1 must be returned upon request. You may not use, wager, or withdraw funds that were deposited to your account as a result of jl1jl1's error.

Section 5

Betting Rules & Settlement

jl1jl1 offers sports betting across football, basketball (PBA and NBA), and other markets, as well as live casino games including baccarat. The following rules apply to all wagers placed on jl1jl1:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jl1jl1 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where specifically permitted under the applicable game or sport rules.
• Minimum bet amount is ₱20 per selection for sports markets. Casino minimum bets vary by table and are displayed before you sit down.
• jl1jl1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error, or that were the result of a technical malfunction, a pricing error, or suspicious betting activity.
• In the event of a disputed result, jl1jl1's decision is final, provided it is consistent with the rules published for that specific market or game. Appeals may be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the disputed settlement.
• Live betting markets are subject to immediate suspension when a notable event occurs in a match. Any bets placed after an event has occurred but before the market is suspended may be voided at jl1jl1's discretion.
• Betting limits may be adjusted or reduced for individual accounts at any time and without prior notice, at jl1jl1's sole discretion.

Section 6

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Rewards

jl1jl1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms published on the Promotions page:

• Bonuses are credited to your jl1jl1 account wallet and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• jl1jl1 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to your account before the withdrawal of the offer.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or collusion, will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated by bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Withdrawal of bonus-linked funds is permitted only once the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Loyalty points earned through jl1jl1's VIP programme do not expire while your account is active. However, jl1jl1 reserves the right to modify the loyalty programme terms with reasonable notice.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl1jl1. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") on jl1jl1 in any form.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to place bets, access the platform, or circumvent security measures on jl1jl1.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse designed to circumvent the spirit of jl1jl1's promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using jl1jl1 for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160 and its amendments).
• Sharing your account with, or betting on behalf of, any third party, including family members.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on jl1jl1, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, odds data, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of jl1jl1 or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute any content from jl1jl1 without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted under Philippine law.

Section 9

Privacy & Data Protection

jl1jl1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using jl1jl1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect only the data necessary to operate jl1jl1, verify your identity, process your transactions, and comply with our legal obligations.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with our regulated payment partners, fraud prevention services, and government regulators when required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by jl1jl1. Submit such requests to support@jl1jl1.com.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jl1jl1. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the chosen period. To extend or make permanent, contact our support team.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl1jl1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Delays in settlement caused by circumstances beyond jl1jl1's reasonable control, including force majeure events, banking system outages, or regulatory action.
• Decisions made by you based on information published on jl1jl1, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

jl1jl1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your jl1jl1 account at the time the claim arises.

Changes to These Terms

jl1jl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered members by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jl1jl1 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using jl1jl1 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of jl1jl1 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), and any applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jl1jl1 customer support to attempt resolution informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

jl1jl1's decisions on matters of game settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to appeal through our formal complaints process. Details of the complaints process are available from our support team.
