Who We Are

jl1jl1 is a Philippine-focused online betting and casino platform that has been operating since the mid-2010s. We started with a simple observation: the Filipinos we knew loved sports, loved casino games, and wanted a place to enjoy both — but most of the platforms available at the time were built for foreign markets, with clunky interfaces, confusing currencies, and payment methods that required a credit card most Filipinos simply did not have.

So we built something different. jl1jl1 launched with GCash deposits on day one, a Filipino-friendly customer service team, and odds on PBA games that actually reflected the local market. Word spread quickly. What started as a focused sports betting platform has since grown into one of the Philippines' most complete online gaming destinations — covering sports betting across football, basketball, and more, a full live casino section with baccarat and card games, and a fishing games category that has become surprisingly popular among players who want something more casual.

Today, jl1jl1 serves hundreds of thousands of registered members across the country, from Metro Manila to the Visayas and Mindanao. Our team has grown too, but our core reason for being here has not changed: build the best online betting experience for Filipino players, and keep making it better.

Our Mission, Vision & Values

Our Mission

To give every Filipino bettor — whether they are placing a ₱50 single bet or a ₱50,000 parlay — access to a platform that is fast, fair, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to use. We believe great betting is not just about odds. It is about trust, convenience, and feeling like the platform is actually on your side.

Our Vision

To be the number one choice for online betting and casino gaming in the Philippines — not by spending the most on advertising, but by consistently delivering the best product. We want every jl1jl1 member to feel like they found their permanent home for online play, the kind they recommend to their barkada without hesitation.

Our Values

Transparency in everything we publish — odds, terms, fees. Respect for our members' time and money. Commitment to responsible gaming, because we know that our long-term success depends on our players staying healthy and in control. And a genuine passion for sports and gaming that you can feel in every feature we build at jl1jl1.

Our Journey So Far

A lot has happened since we first opened our virtual doors. Here are some of the key moments that shaped jl1jl1 into the platform it is today:

2016

jl1jl1 Goes Live

We launched with sports betting focused on PBA and NBA markets, GCash deposits as our primary payment method, and a small but passionate support team of ten people based in Metro Manila.

2017

Football & International Sports Added

With the English Premier League fanbase in the Philippines growing fast, jl1jl1 expanded its sportsbook to cover UEFA competitions, La Liga, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers — and our active membership doubled within six months.

2019

Live Casino Launches

jl1jl1 introduced a full live casino section starting with baccarat. Within three months it became our second-most-used product after sports betting, confirming what we already suspected about Filipino players' appetite for live card games.

2021

Mobile-First Redesign & Fishing Games

We rebuilt the entire jl1jl1 platform from scratch with a mobile-first approach — because by this point, over 80% of our members were on their phones. We also launched the fishing games category, which rapidly became a fan favourite among casual players.

2023

500,000 Members Milestone

jl1jl1 passed half a million registered members, added Maya and GrabPay to our payment options, and launched the VIP Loyalty Programme to better reward our most active players.

2025

Continued Growth & New Features

We keep adding more leagues, more casino variants, and more promotions. The jl1jl1 roadmap for 2025 includes live streaming integration for select sports events and an upgraded referral programme — stay tuned.

What Makes jl1jl1 Different

There are a lot of online platforms competing for your attention. Here is why thousands of Filipino players choose to stay with jl1jl1 long term:

PAGCOR-Compliant & Licensed

jl1jl1 operates under a legitimate licence in compliance with PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Every game result, every payout, every transaction on our platform is governed by the same regulatory framework that applies to land-based casinos in the Philippines. You are not playing on a grey market site — you are on a properly regulated platform.

Built for Filipino Mobile Users

No app download, no desktop-only features. jl1jl1 was redesigned from the ground up for smartphones. Whether you are on a flagship device or a mid-range Android running on LTE, the platform loads quickly, navigates smoothly, and lets you place bets in under 30 seconds from your browser.

100% Philippine Peso Transactions

Everything at jl1jl1 is denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are all in PHP. No surprise conversion fees, no confusing exchange rates. We support GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard — all the ways Filipinos actually manage money.

Competitive Odds Across All Markets

jl1jl1 consistently offers some of the most competitive odds available in the Philippine market. Our pricing team monitors global lines in real time to ensure you are getting fair value on every bet — from PBA playoff games to UEFA Champions League finals and everything in between.

24/7 Customer Support in English

Our support team is available around the clock via live chat and email. They are trained specifically for the Philippine market — they know the payment methods, the games, the promotions, and the local context. No outsourced script readers. Real help from people who understand what you are asking.

Bank-Grade Security

Your personal information and financial data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption on every connection to jl1jl1. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts. We conduct regular third-party security audits and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) in handling all member data.

Our Commitment to Filipino Players

Running an online betting platform comes with real responsibility, and at jl1jl1 we take that seriously. Our commitment to the Filipino players who trust us with their entertainment — and their money — goes beyond legal compliance. Here is what that actually looks like in practice:

Full Transparency

Every promotion has clearly stated terms. Every game has published RTP figures. Every fee is disclosed before you confirm a transaction. No surprises, no hidden catches.

Responsible Gaming First

We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and access to responsible gaming resources — because we want our members to enjoy jl1jl1 for years, not burn out in months.

Fast, Reliable Payouts

Winning is the point — and getting paid quickly is part of the deal. jl1jl1 processes standard withdrawals within hours for GCash and Maya. We do not invent reasons to delay payments.

Continuous Improvement

We read every support ticket and every piece of player feedback. The platform you use today is better than last year's version because of things members told us. That cycle continues.

Responsible Gaming Is Not an Afterthought

We want to say this clearly, because it matters: jl1jl1 genuinely cares about responsible gaming. It is not a page buried in our footer to satisfy a regulatory checkbox. It is a core part of how we operate.

We know that for the overwhelming majority of our members, betting is entertainment — a way to make watching football more exciting, or to enjoy a few rounds of baccarat on a Friday night. That is exactly what jl1jl1 is here for. But we also know that a small number of people can develop unhealthy relationships with gambling, and our role is to make it as easy as possible for those players to get help and regain control.

Every jl1jl1 account has access to deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options that lock your account for a set duration. Our support team is trained to respond sensitively to concerns about gambling behaviour. And we proactively monitor for patterns that might indicate a problem, reaching out to members when we think it could help.

If you ever feel your gaming is getting out of hand, please use the tools available to you at jl1jl1, or reach out to our support team. Our Responsible Gaming page has a full list of resources and self-help options.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your jl1jl1 account. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion & Cooling-Off

Take a break for 24 hours, a week, a month, or longer. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in or deposit. Existing balances are protected and can be withdrawn.

Session Time Reminders

Set an alert to notify you when you have been logged in for a set amount of time. A simple nudge that helps you stay aware of how long a session has been running.
